The ISM DVI is a universal Video&RGB scaler output board with DVI-D output for the ISM824. The ISMDVI scales virtually any input signal, including high resolution RGBHV, HDTV, and standard definition composite video, S-video, and component video to a single, common output rate. It features a single-link DVI-D output and offers selectable output rates from 640x480 to 1920x1200, including HDTV1080p/60. Other key features include 3:2NTSC and 2:2PAL pulldown detection, Auto-Image™ setup, comprehensive picture controls, and a built-in test pattern generator for ease of installation and set-up.

Enables the ISM824 to scale RGB, HDTV, and standard definition video signals — Scales high-resolution RGBHV, HDTV, and standard definition composite video, S-video, and component video sources to the desired output resolution.

RGB and HDTV upscaling and downscaling — The Universal RGB & Video Scaler Board - DVI Output features an advanced scaling engine with high quality upscaling and downscaling of high resolution computer-video and HDTV signals.
Integrated audio delay — Audio is delayed to maintain lip sync with processed video output
Selectable output rates from 640x480 to 1920x1200, including HDTV1080p/60 — Available output rates include computer video up to WUXGA, 480p, 576p, and HDTV rates at 720p, 1080i, and 1080p/60.
Auto-Image™ setup — For expedited presentation set-up, the Universal Output Scaler Board automatically optimizes the image by analyzing and then adjusting to the incoming source, eliminating complex and time-consuming set-up procedures.
Picture controls for brightness, contrast, color, tint, detail, and horizontal and vertical positioning, sizing, and zoom — Three memory presets are available for each input to store all image settings.
Aspect ratio conversion — Any video input can be adjusted horizontally and vertically to meet a specific aspect ratio requirement. Alternatively, the input aspect ratio may be specified as 4:3 or 16:9 and fixed. For example, the user can save and recall specific settings to match various video aspect ratios from DVDs.
3:2 NTSC and 2:2 PAL pulldown detection — Advanced film mode processing techniques help maximize image detail and sharpness for NTSC or PAL sources that originated from film.
